    Interview

Started with a technical telephonic interview which was fine. Then I had 2 rounds of technical interviews with client which were fine too. After that I had a face to face interview with Delivery Manager and the HR which all seem to be good. Next day got an email from the HR that I had been selected with Polaris and would be sending the offer letter soon( which never came ).

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Polaris FT (Gurgaon, Haryana (India)) in July 2015.

    Interview

I applied though a consultancy, the consultancy(CareerNet) was thorough in all communications. However the Company (Polaris - Intellect Design Arena) was ill managed at the time of Interview. More than 100 candidates came in for interview (more like Walk in) and waited about 5 -6 Hours to get any intimation from HR about the status of the resumes. In later half, they sped up the process and 5 candidates were called in at a time for F2F interview. (Note: In 100 Candidates, it was expected for them to do a quick written screening to filter out the number ) . Then after 1 hour of First round - Technical (including quant questions e.g. find out the SP after discount), which was gain ill managed, second round was being taken by only 1 interviewer. So Candidates had to wait till 6 PM just for the second round - Technical. Personally, despite giving a good interview , i was let go before the third one. So not sure what criteria were they looking for. The call i received was around automation skills. However, when asked they were explicit that the role is purely Manual.
