    I applied through college or university. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Polaris Networks (Calcutta (India)) in October 2011.

    Interview

    Their recruitment process consists of 2 rounds - Written Aptitude and Technical Test and Personal Interview. The written test is subjective. It consists of question from general aptitude, reasoning and technical questions. Time limit is 45 mins with number of questions ranging from 5 - 8. After clearing the written test, personal interviews are taken. The interview continues for 1/2 an hour to 1 hour. Strong technical knowledge is expected as it is an R&D.

    Questions are based logical reasoning for freshers and there is a programming test conducted followed HR interview.The interview was not very difficult but very logical.You have to be very reasonable with your answers.The interview process consists of three rounds Aptitude test,Technical and finally HR.
