Met with Operations Manager face to face, spoke with hiring manager via telephone. Both were professional and seemed to have a plan of direction. Story of predecessor leaving was a bit skewed and bogus as was found out later. Company had some "issues" that altered the entire business model that was later revealed after 2 months of employment. Operating under the "smoke and mirrors" concept of business, with little measured metrics and feedback reporting and NO CRM to track information and results, just older folders with notes.
