I applied online - interviewed at Porter Airlines in February 2014.
Interview Details – I'm putting up the video interview questions in the hopes that it helps someone who may be applying. I wasn't able to find much help online for when I applied. They ask you 10 questions and you're supposed to use your webcam or iPhone to answer through an app called RVIS. You have 30 seconds to prepare your answer and two minutes to record it. I can't remember two of the questions but the other 8 are:
1. Why do you want to work for porter?
2. What makes you an ideal candidate?
3. Describe a time when you had to use your leadership abilities?
4. Describe a time when you had to deal with angry customers?
5. Describe a time when you went above and beyond when providing customer service
7. Describe a time where you couldn't provide a service to a customer because of a policy change or safety?
8. Describe a time where you resolved a conflict?
Interview Question – The video interview seems daunting but it's alright. It's pretty much all behavioural questions. Answer Question

Who is Robert Deluce?

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 10 months - interviewed at Porter Airlines.
Interview Details – Prior to the actual interview you will be handed a clip board and a bunch of forms to complete. The information is repeated on the various forms and is very time consuming. You have to put things in there like your work history, job responsibilities, supervisor names, references etc. Of course all of this stuff is on your resume. They will also take a photocopy of two pieces of ID. Not sure what they do with that, but it is just a bit weird.
Interview Question – The interviewer stated the job that I was applying for incorrectly. Was this part of a personality test or just an error? Answer Question
I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Porter Airlines in July 2012.
Interview Details – Interview at Drake International then interview at Porter Airlines. You fill out the same information twice, EVERYTHING. Interview questions are stupid. My experience was with Porter Airlines supervisor who hardly spoke English let alone ask any relevant questions related to job applied for. Complete waste of time.
