I applied online and was contacted the next day by an hr recruiter. I was invited to an informational about the company and what they do. I was sent a online assessment which was simple word,excel,etc. I then had a one on one interview. I was contacted an hour after my interview saying I was hired and asked when I could take my drug test.

Very thorough and precious on what your goal in life is ! They try and see where you head is at . They make sure your aware of the work environment and role play with you to see how you sound.
the interviewer asked me hypothetical questions and did not try to relate to me as a person. they scored my answer on how they personally felt i would handle situations.

Long hiring process but fast. It’s about 5 steps in all. Phone interview, Assessment, script reading, and face to face interview. They tell you it takes about 3-5 days to receive a call back whether you got the job or not. I finally received a call about a week later being offered the job. I had to decline because I was presented with a better offer at another company.
