Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 2 months)
Initially you apply for a job and takes a while to contact you. You have to go throug HR interview and Background interview. Have to do a math test, black jack training class, and pass an audition. During that time you will get minimum pay per hour. No tips.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Milwaukee, WI (took 2 weeks)
First round was a group meeting to describe benefits and what the job is like (games dealer). Next round was 1:1 for about 5 minutes where they asked you to tell them about yourself & what you consider to be good customer service. Last part was counting cards and math with the casino chips. Overall pretty simple if you're prepared and good at math.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Milwaukee, WI (took 4 weeks)
Spent a lot of time with several interviews and completed a skill project that took many hours. Candidates should NOT get their hopes up, even if asked to return several times. Slow process, little interim communication, and no feedback as to your potential fit -- or not. Entire process from phone interview, to in-person, to panel, and to a final decision (which you have to contact THEM to find out) took about 5 weeks. Very distressing and demeaning experience.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Milwaukee, WI (took a day)
The online application was not user friendly. Once in the interview they hand you a print out of the online application to look over. The interview was normal, they require alot of work/life examples, describe in detail situations that pertain to the job.
