Interviewed Nov 2011 in East Hartford, CT (took a day)
Brief phone interview, then invited on site. Interviewed individually with about 6 or 7 people, and gave a presentation. Everyone was friendly, with most questions being along the lines of what I wanted to do, not what I could do for them. A couple technically challenging questions during the presentation.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Hartford, CT (took 4+ weeks)
Received an appointment for an interview in Pratt & Whitney's Hospitality Suite in the 2011 Anaheim, CA Society of Hispanic Professional Engineer Conference. First interview went well and was invited to Pratt & Whitney's Super day (2 weeks later) where I received my second interviews and had an offer within another 2 weeks.
All the faculty were welcoming and kind. When I was invited to Pratt & Whitney's headquarters in Hartford, I smiled and laughed a lot with my tour host and interviewers. We even had lunch together and I sincerely had a good time.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in East Hartford, CT (took 2 days)
The initial communication was through a college recruiting event. After review of my resume, I was offered a 1st interview with a panel of 4 current engineers. The interview process was 45 minutes long and included questions about my past history as well as situational questions. After the interview, I was offered a position within 48 hours. I went back for a second, full day interview for job placement within the company. The workplace culture seemed relaxed with an emphasis on further education, work ethics, and completing work tasks in a timely manner.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took a day)
Contacted via email for interview. It was a panel interview with 3 interviewers who were generally kind and friendly. Went for the 1st round of interview but there will be at least another round if shortlisted. Location is quite secluded so might want to make more time allowance to get into the company.
