Interview Details – The people are very open and quick to describe their advancements as a company. The people aren't shy to explain why they have been in the company. The recruiter look for people to be open minded and honest. If you achieved something great during school don't be modest show off what you got but in the most humble of ways.

Other Details - I applied through campus recruiting and the process took a day.
