The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Praxair in March 2010.


Was asked about my experience working in Supply Chain which is my major, as well as my strengths and weaknesses. Then they explained to me the position and their ideal candidate, which seemed to be someone with Supply Chain management background, but they only hire those with Marketing backgrounds. I did not get the 2nd interview, but I do know that the 2nd interview is to present a Supply Chain case study, which 2 of my peers did. Call back was fairly quick. Heard that they were very sloppy with the 2nd interview process and information was not given until the day before due to them forgetting.
