Interviewed Oct 2010 (took a day)
I applied for the position through the corporate website. Their website is rather antiquated and the resume system they use is nearly impossible to use correctly. I received an email from organization roughly two-three weeks later.
The interview process was rather straight forward however I was not expecting the significant technical questions asked. This may be unusual since I did not interview with an HR person but a potential manager. However, the interviewer was calm and laid-back and did a very good job walking me through the interview. The interview took about 50 minutes.
I have not received an offer for an onsite-interview yet but I am in contact with the interviewer. The interviewer hinted to me that the process is slow and will take its time.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 1 week)
Campus referral. Info session followed. Interviewed on campus for 1hr. Followed up by a phone interview.
I prepared for the interview by looking online for general behavioral questions. I applied my own personal experience (or stories about myself) to answer the questions. It's best go in there on a personal level and really communicate with the interviewer. They are not too focused on technical aspects. They do however try to get you to relate why you would be good for the current position.
Work culture is very positive with a medium/hard work ethic.
Asked about willingness to relocate.
Asked to give background information about myself.
Asked for major strengths, and major weaknesses.
Asked about leadership experience.
Opened up the interview for questions from me about the company itself.
