Premera Blue Cross Marketing Manager Interview

The interviews, which consisted of an initial phone interview, a 1:1 with the hiring manager, and a group interview (2, 1 hr interviews with groups of 3 and 4 individuals) were fine. The follow up and feedback were virtually non-existant. Even after one or two e-mails (after waiting 2 and 3 weeks with no word), I received no response. Finally, after 3 months the HR person did finally respond, saying that she had just spoken with the hiring mgr "that morning". Unfortunately, employers do not realize that the interview process is a reflection on them as well, and an experience such as this would have left me very hesitant if an offer had been extended.
