Panel Interview first, then interview with Head of Department and SHL tests at the end
Interview Questions
Unexpetedly I was aked to Role Play - I had to imagine it was a difficult situation at work and they watched my reactions and answers.
Negotiation Details
Not very flexible, managed to improve on their offer slightly

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Skills Test.
