they offer me a free flight from Victoria to Vancouver and I met a Manager and a Partner. I talked with each of them for half an hour. The partner talked more than I did. They are really nice.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Calgary, AB (Canada) (took 4 weeks)
The interview questions were initially based on information from my resume. Specific questions realated to my expereince were asked. The second phase of the interview were based on scenario-based questions and exactly how I acted or would have acted. It was a very positive experience. The hiring manager was very professional. Unfortunately during the last part of my second interview, I was informed that my file had been given to the hiring manager's supervisor and the hiring manager had been moved to work on Campus recruiting. From that point on, I contacted them and was told I will be contacted but that has still not happened till today. Be prepared to have in mind what salary range you will be expecting because they asked me this question at least three times and I tried to avoid it because I was not sure what to ask for.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 3 days)
I had 3 rounds of interviews. The first was with a Senior Associate which consisted of a case and behavioral questions. Second sound was with a Manager and it was mostly about fit. Last one was with a Partner, and that was also about fit. The case was straight forward, their main concern and concentration was on fit. Overall the process was fair with no surprises.

I had a pre-screening interview with PWC. I was told I would hear back the following week. I followed-up three subsequent times with the recruiter and she never responded. For a company that prides themselves on their reputation, saying and not delivering is a tarnish. Would definitely impact any thoughts I would have on hiring them in the future.
On the other hand, have been interviewing with Accenture and found them to be quite responsive.

It was mainly 2 interviewers. 1 partner and 1 human resources officer. The Hr person was mainly for behaviour type questions like teamwork, initiative, leadership. So you can describe any extracurricular activities. Whereas, the partner just told me to tell me about yourself and this was the only question asked. This was to get a sense of yoru character

You are interviewed by multiple people to test for work environment "fit". Questions are mostly behavioral and are designed to let the interviewers learn more about you and asses if they think you will "fit in" with the culture at PwC. Interview process was facilitated by an individual who takes you from interview to interview and informs you about PwC's culture and is available to answer any questions you might have about the process. The interview process was very well designed.

Interviewed May 2010 in Vancouver, BC (Canada) (took 2 days)
Phone interviews went well. The recruiter informed me that I did not get the position, however there would be a couple of similar roles posted at a later date. True to her word, she emailed me once these new openings were posted. I applied for both. Correspondence was going very well. I was finally asked if I could be up in Vancouver by early June. I was relocating from the US to Canada. Of course I could be up there. I told the recruiter that I would just need a formal offer letter for my work visa processing. Silence for days...then weeks. I emailed & emailed her with no response. FINALLY - MID JUNE...I received (what seemed like) a form letter from her. It stated that they'd decided on a local candidate and did not want to be hung up with immigration issues. I've since given up on Canada. Their work visa process is a double-edged sword. One cannot obtain a visa without a job offer...one won't get an offer without a visa in hand.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 4+ weeks)
Interview with HR - mostly typical behavioural questions. Tell me about a time when you had to sell your point of view...when you had to deal with a difficult client....when you had multiple priorities Then interview with a manager - who asked me some technical questions and more behavioural questions...tell me how you assess a process and make recommendations. That was it...I had a bit of an expedited process because it was a managing director brining me over.
