Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 3 days)
Interview consisted of two phone interviews and a full day of round-robin interviews with personal from across the practice. Participants ranged from associates through VP’s and partners. Cognitive problem solving exercises coupled with hypothetical or situational questions occupied the majority of interview questions. A second day of interviews allowed me to meet and interview with the management team with whom I would be working on a daily basis.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 4+ weeks)
Numerous things to prepare for. Face to face interview, written case study, group exercise and a couple of tests. It wasn't too hard. They pair you up with someone who went to your school in your final round interview. The case study was a little difficult and takes up more time than you have.
