Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 3 weeks)
The interview was telephone interview, communicated through my university , it was 1 1:1 interview. It was not with an HR, but with a senior manager from the team, who asked direct question related skills required. The manager was extremely nice and comforting. The interview was more like a chat rather an interview.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 2 days)
A recruiter emailed me to apply for the program and about five days later she called me inviting me to an office visit. The night before my interviews I had a dinner with employees where they answered all of our questions about the program and gave us insight into working for PwC. The next day I had an interview with two HR managers. They were very relaxed and the interview was very conversational. Since I am a freshmen this was my first time interviewing for an accounting firm, but I was very comfortable throughout the interview. Two days later I received a call for and offer. Overall I was extremely impressed with the whole interview process but disappointed with a requirement I was told after I accepted the offer, in which they wanted me to graduate in 4 years with 150 hours or else my offer would be deferred.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Nottingham, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
Applied online, and was allowed to book the specific date and time of my interview. Was rang at the time I chose by a recruiter, and the interview process was explained to me. I was asked a series of competency based questions, and then about the company, my knowledge of it, the programme I was applying for, and what I hoped to gain. Total duration was around 45 minutes, and at the end I was informed I would be rang within 5 days with the outcome.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took a day)
I had two 1:1 interviews, each lasting about a half an hour. The first guy seemed pretty uninterested in what I had to say. I was basically just answering his questions, and then he would write something down and ask me a different question. There wasn't much reciprocation. The second guy was much more interesting. He would ask me follow-up questions to my responses, and he genuinely seemed interested in our interview (which was actually more like a conversation).

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Berkeley, CA (took 1+ week)
Received email for first round interview, and soon after attended the pre-interview social at the campus. The people were extremely friendly and nice. A lot of people at the social, the teams seemed to love working for PwC, was able to meet my interviewer beforehand briefly and he was very nice. 1:1 interview came off as a conversation, they are a friendly team.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in San Francisco, CA (took 4+ weeks)
I had two phone interviews with PwC, the first being with a representative from HR, and the second with a Director in the advisory industry my resume was tailored towards. They were straightforward behavioral interviews, inquiring about my experience and interest in PwC. From there I was flown out to San Francisco for my final round of interviews. The night before we had a networking reception for all those interviewing the next day. On the day of my interview I met separately with a Partner and a Managing Director. The interviews were behavioral for the most part again, but with some industry specific questioning.
