Interviewed Nov 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took a day)
Got the interview through career center website.
most questions are easy behavior questions, which are easy.
The interview process was actually fun; I never felt nervous.
However, I think they are looking for [people with more experience or exposure to finance.
if you don't have any experience, then it is very unlikely you can get the second round. take as many finance classes as you can.

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Los Angeles, CA (took a day)
The PwC recruiter e-mailed me one day asking if I would like to do a phone interview because they are short of tax intern this year. Most of the questions are pretty typical. Behavioral questions and all. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and the recruiter said that he would give me a response by the end of the day, but then I didn't receive any reply then I sent an e-mail asking if there is any update, but no reply on that either. Overall, the interview itself is not a difficult process. They do try to make you feel comfortable and make it more conversational but I personally feel it is highly unprofessional how they handle people they declined.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took 4+ weeks)
I first talked to the recruiter quite a bit. I had one telephone interview and two in person interviews. Everyone was very professional and nice. Shortly after the second interview the negotiation process started and after we came to a reasonable offer I started two weeks later. Be prepared do not be afraid to say you don't know and always be professional and respectful.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took 3 weeks)
Got the first round interview through campus recruiting process. First round interview was with a manager. He was really easy-going and friendly. Met him before through recruiting events, however, heard from other people that he was an awkward person to talk to. Would recommend making small talks. Those go a long way.
Second round interview was about 2 weeks later. Consisted of a staff panel for questions, lunch, and then 3 back to back to back 20-minute interviews with manager and above. Like first round, I tried to be friendly and just make small conversations. Talked about sky-diving with a manager, she was totally into it. The partner I interviewed with called me about a week later to give me the offer.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took 1+ week)
I applied on the position at school's career center and got the interview about 2 weeks later. The interview was on campus too. The interviewer was a little intensive. I could tell that he was asking me questions from a list and made some notes. I got some off guard questions, which I didn't answer well. Probably that's why I didn't make it.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took a day)
It was an on-campus interview. It was very informal as we talked about my extracurricular activities. Some of the questions involved how I solved a problem on campus and how I would respond if there is an underachieving team member. It lasted for thirty minutes. Did not get an offer in the end.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took 2 weeks)
First round interview consisted of two, 30 min interviews with managers. Second round with 2 principals, both of whom were pretty intimidating. Also had a case study in the 2nd round interview. Bombed the case study because it caught me off guard a bit. Needless to say I didn't get the offer.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took 4 weeks)
First there was a phone interview with a HR recruiter. This was a brief discussion about my resume and basic qualifications.
Next was the in-office portion. The night before the interview there was a pre-interview dinner with some associates, senior associates, as well as other applicants. The day of the interview consisted of breakfast, a presentation about why PwC is so great, 3 back to back 30 minute interview with managers and a partner, and then lunch with some associates and senior associates.
Overall the interview was very conversational. Qualifications or skills never even came up.
