Interviewed Feb 2010 in Washington, DC (took 2 days)
Comfortable setting and good people. Clearly, one individual was threatened by me, however, which I believe led to my not being offered a position. In fact, I believe I was being considered to help expand businss in the area where this person was the lead. All of the four others wqith whom I spoke were very positive. The climate was generally very professional, other than the one reflected by the one individual -- who didn't appear to have an interest and was going through the motions. I was surprised, but then understood!

Interviewed Jan 2008 (took 5 days)
Informal interview, followed by a formal interview with the hiring manager.
Big 4 firms also make you fill out a 4-page form where you indicate you academic performance and work history, along with a field mentioning the "reason for leaving" each of your previous employers.
This is followed by a question e.g. "What makes Singapore an attractive investment location" - I doubt if anyone actually takes a critical look at the answer though.
Interviews are benign - Big 4 staff are not aggressive in their interviews.

Negotiation Details
There are defined salary bands and not much leeway for those joining from university.
However, for those with prior work experience (i.e. lateral hires), I suggest you take a good look at the entire package (medical benefits and other allowances such as telephone, etc. tend to be poor or non-existant) and negotiate a higher band than what is initially offered.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
