Interviewed Oct 2010 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2 weeks)
The first step to the interview was an on campus 1:1. The senior manager who talked with me was friendly and answered all of my questions as well as I could have hoped. He made sure to stress that the interview should feel comfortable and definitely made it that way.
Next I was invited into the Philly office. There all of the applicants were briefed in a conference room as a whole about the firm. Next we got paired with an office buddy, someone who already worked there, and they showed us around while we waited our turn for the next few steps. First I was taken to talk to a round robin of senior associates. This was very casual and helpful to loosen up. Next I was interviewed by a senior manager and then finally a partner. All those interviewing were then taken out to lunch and sent home for the day.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Philadelphia, PA (took a day)
First, campus 1:1 interview with an advisory lead partner, strictly behavioral, I asked most of the questions and it was a basic walk through of my resume. Office visit consisted of short presentation with other intern candidates from recruiter about HR policies, community services, intern program, etc. Then 1:1 time with an analyst, unstructured Q&A basically. Next was 2 back to back interviews with a Manager and a Partner in the group. All behavioral questions (tell me about a time, etc.).

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Philadelphia, PA (took 2 days)
On campus interview lasting 45 minutes, just a general behavioral interview, more concerned with fitting into the culture then anything technical. Week passed, received a call-back to come and interview at their offices. HR gave a 45 minute presentation to start the day on company information, benefits, etc. ; Followed by 2 behavioral interviews with managers, they had assigned you a member of the staff level to escort you around and tour the offices, lunch was also provided; All in all a very nice interview, the people are very nice and welcoming, Call came 2 weeks after the interview.

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Phila, PA (took 3 days)
Had the interview CONFIRMED, specifically stated that I would be on my lunch HOUR. Arrived 10 minutes early, no one could find the person for about 20 minutes [that's 30 minutes into my lunch hour] ... finally found her, it took her another 15 minutes to find a place for me to take the test [45 minutes into my lunch hour] then proceeds to state that the test will take about 45 minutes!!!
Started the test ... the equipment wasn't working properly, had to find another ... found one [60 minutes ... my lunch HOUR gone!!!]
Twenty minutes into the test ... I stopped, thanked them and left. And yes, I ended up taking a 2 hour [waste-of-my-time] lunch and never even got to eat anything.
