Interviewed Sep 2011 (took 3 weeks)

Received a call/voice mail from the HR VP. All return calls went directly to Voice Mail for 7 days and no message was returned until day 7. This should have been a sign. At conclusion of phone interview, VP decides that I am a fit and states that EVP will call to set up a 2nd phone interview. I sent a thank you email the next day, followed up with another email one week later, left a follow up voice mail the next week and a final follow up email a few days later. There was no reply to any message. This was without a doubt one of the most unprofessional interview experiences of my life and probably says much about what one can expect as an employee.
