Interviewed Aug 2011 in Sun Valley, CA (took 3 weeks)
I was contacted by the Staffing Agency and interviewed. After the initial interview, I was invited to lunch over two consecutive weeks where the Owner interviewed me doing situational propositions. Finally, I was invited to the facility and interviewed by the Controller and Owner.
The offer finally came after another week and an additional on-site interview.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Skills Test.
