30 min phone interview, 3 hour F2F interview the next week. Staff prompt and friendly and office impressive. No detectable strategic interview style. Sadly, no one at Prime bothered to let me know I was not selected for the position, even after following up with them weeks later.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Bloomington, MN (took 4+ weeks)
Had 1:1 interviews with every member of the department and HR- total interview time of 4 1/2 hours. Followed up with HR weekly and then with Hiring Manager and never heard anything either way. No closure!

I applied for the job and had a phone interview with HR. Then, I met with the department manager, followed by a panel interview with the department. Ultimately, they hired someone who had been working as a contractor at the company for the job.
