Interviewed Mar 2011 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
was asked whether I had POS experience and I did and if I know how to determine if a POS is up and running and then I responded that you ping it. They also asked me if I was ready to start immediatly and I was ok with that since I had been away for 4 months doing an international contract so I needd a job in Canada

Negotiation Details
I would say it depends on how many years of experience you have abd as well as your needs. A new grad for example will not be able to get the same start salary as a an experienced tech. It also depend on whether you are bilingual or not. It pays mpore to speak more langauages
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Presentation.
