Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 3 days)
Interviewed by one experienced senior HR manager (with 12 years sales experience) and one senior Sales Account Manager. Completely situational based questions. Turned off by when interviewer said "one day, you could even work anywhere in North America"—as if to sound it was the best thing ever. But overall fair questions and no curve balls.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)
After applying, online tests were sent. They determine your fit within the larger group. Hard to gauge how you do ...
Interview was in front of two P&G employees. They were nice. Be prepared as the interview was tough (though not consulting tough) ...

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Ohio, IL (took 3 months)
All behavioral question. Tell me about a time when you had solved a problem/lead a team....
Make sure that you STICK to their format situation-action-result. I tried to be as thorough as I could but I guessed it was not a match for them.
Do your home work and tried to answer the question before the interview as if you were in one.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 5 weeks)
Interview was schedule 3 weeks out from the time I received an email. I spent tons of time researching the company, used our on-campus career center and conducted mock interviews, reached out to current employees and people in high ranked positions at other companies. I did an all around sweep to make sure I was fully prepared for the interview. Once interview time came I felt very confident in my ability to answer the interviewers questions and even was able to share a few laughs with her. Once the interiew was over I sent a thank you email to her just to ensure she wouldn't forget about our pleasant conversation. Was told it would take 2 weeks for someone to get back to me. After 2 weeks and a day of stressing, hoping to hear positive news, I sent an email asking for an update. The next day I was sent an email telling me they won't be continuing with the interviewing process. It was hard to grasp why so I emailed the interviewer asking for areas I could improve upon, never received a response.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Cincinnati, OH (took 4+ weeks)
Was contacted through email by a recruiter, who scheduled a phone interview with a manager in the field I applied within. Phone interview was conducted 2 weeks later where many situational questions were asked-45 min, questions were negatively based (ex:tell me about a time when you failed) Was contacted the next business day regarding setting up an in-person interview in Cincinnati as well as taking another skills/IQ test. Interview conducted by 2 people, included questions from all areas of behavioral and experience and was around 1hr 30min. Questions were all positively based (ex: Tell me about a time when you led a group to success) Testing takes about 1hr 10 min, proctored by a recruiter. While you are testing, people do walk in and out of the room which is distracting, and in my case a maintenance man was banging right outside of the room during the entire test. Was told that I would be contacted in 2 weeks or less either way, however was not contacted at all by time limit. Recruiters are very nice, interviewing managers smile a lot, they do their best to put you at ease by talking about more personal things about themselves and inviting you to do the same. If you do not give the STAR answers that they would prefer, they ask more about each experience until they receive the answer they want. My advice would be to remember that they are still there to evaluate you, not be your friend.

Interviewed Apr 2007 (took 2 weeks)
You start with an on-line test. Expect questions about your highschool achevements and how you rate yourself, e.g. top 5%. Rate yourself highly to "pass" the test. If you pass the test you will be invited to the office for an assessment test which will focus on economics and language skills, since 2009 there is also an additional mathematics test.
If succesful, you will have your first interview immediately after your assessment. The interview is about an hour long with 2 employees with different positions (and usually work experience) in e.g. Marketing or CBD.
They will rate you on Procter&Ganmble's succes drivers - found on career site.
If this is succesful you will be invited for a second round of interviews with top-management.
Spend time looking at the webste and formulating your succes drivers, be ready to have at least 3 examples of every sub-part of the succes drivers.

Interviewed Jan 2007 (took 2 days)
1) Aptitude Test
2) 2:1 on interview
3) 2:1 interview at head office
Many situational questions, very long interview. Asks for numerous situations where I contributed to a team. Lead a group of people. ETC.
Helps to join volunteer organizations in a leadership capacity. Previous work experience also helps. Finally, personality is key. Being yourself and honest is the most important thing to shine through.
