In order to get an interview with P&G you need to pass two exams. The hiring process is very long, it can take more than 3 months. Remember to be confident all the time, and make sure you answer all the questions properly and clear.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Cincinnati, OH (took 2 weeks)
The procesa is not hard. First you take a personality test and after that a logical test. Then they contact you for taking a reasoning test, which is okey if you are good with yours % and fractions, analyzing paragraphs, and analysing patterns. Then they will contact you for a interview to see if you have a group of skills that you need to have to do any work with them. And then maybe a second interview, but after that, if you pass the background check and the drug test, you are in.

Interviewed Oct 2008 in Cincinnati, OH (took 5 days)
I was invited to interview with Procter & Gamble as I began a two year MBA program. I had registered to attend a national MBA conference that year and was interviewed by Procter & Gamble at that time (while at the conference). The interviewer was very pleasant and the questions ranged from providing details and examples about my ability to handle difficult problems and/or people to specific discussions about my work experience, leadership skills as well as my ability to follow orders.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
I was just starting my two-year program MBA and felt that it was more appropriate to find employment within my home state.
Once I returned from the conference to my home state I received an invitation to visit Procter & Gamble's headquarters in Ohio the following summer, but I declined.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Skills Test, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a 1:1 Interview and a Phone Interview.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Cincinnati, OH (took 4+ weeks)
Was contacted through email by a recruiter, who scheduled a phone interview with a manager in the field I applied within. Phone interview was conducted 2 weeks later where many situational questions were asked-45 min, questions were negatively based (ex:tell me about a time when you failed) Was contacted the next business day regarding setting up an in-person interview in Cincinnati as well as taking another skills/IQ test. Interview conducted by 2 people, included questions from all areas of behavioral and experience and was around 1hr 30min. Questions were all positively based (ex: Tell me about a time when you led a group to success) Testing takes about 1hr 10 min, proctored by a recruiter. While you are testing, people do walk in and out of the room which is distracting, and in my case a maintenance man was banging right outside of the room during the entire test. Was told that I would be contacted in 2 weeks or less either way, however was not contacted at all by time limit. Recruiters are very nice, interviewing managers smile a lot, they do their best to put you at ease by talking about more personal things about themselves and inviting you to do the same. If you do not give the STAR answers that they would prefer, they ask more about each experience until they receive the answer they want. My advice would be to remember that they are still there to evaluate you, not be your friend.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Cincinnati, OH (took 2 days)
Three weeks after applying online to a posted position, I was contacted to completed a "success drivers" assessment and to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about an hour and consisted of behavioral-based "success drivers" type questions.I was invited for an on-site interview a week later, and this interview consisted of a 1-hr long presentation followed by project discussions and more interviews for the remainder of the day. The interviews and project discussions were with the associate directors and directors. Much of the questions during the interviews were again behavioral-based "success drivers" type questions. These questions are not easy to prepare for, and in order to perform well, one must be able to provide an articulate, intelligent and concise response to the question. I was given an offer the following week.

Negotiation Details
My attempt to negotiate a higher salary or signing bonus was not successful. The company seems to be pretty rigid with compensation. Not once during my interview did anyone ask what my salary expectations were and what my salary with my current employer was.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Cincinnati, OH (took a day)
It was interesting to say the least. The site asked some questions and then I did their Success Drivers assessment. Afterward I waited a week or so and found out that I was not accepted. If that is the case you have to wait up to 6 months I believe to reapply.
