Interview Details – P&G's application process requires you to send in a resume and cover letter as well as complete an IQ and personality test. The application process is lengthy and comprehensive. It requires you to reserve at least 3 hours to complete. Afterwards, P&G may decide to give you a phone interview. In my case, it was primarily behavior question after behavior question. There was little to no discussion about my background and my experiences. It's best that you answer within a context-action-results format.
