Customer Business Development Internship Program at Procter & Gamble

No Offer – Interviewed in Oct 2010 – Reviewed Jan 17, 2011

Interview Details – P&G's application process requires you to send in a resume and cover letter as well as complete an IQ and personality test. The application process is lengthy and comprehensive. It requires you to reserve at least 3 hours to complete. Afterwards, P&G may decide to give you a phone interview. In my case, it was primarily behavior question after behavior question. There was little to no discussion about my background and my experiences. It's best that you answer within a context-action-results format.

Interview Question – Give me an example where you had to make a sacrifice for a period of time and how you handled it.   Answer Question
