I applied through college or university and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Procter & Gamble.

Interview Details – The interview was a basic corporation behavioral style. They ask "When have you showed this or that". They send you information before the interview on the types of things they look for, so nothing is a surprise. It is a relaxed environment, probably 1-2 interviewers. If you pass the first session, you move onto a round of interviews most likely to be held in Cincinnati.
