Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Procter & Gamble in August 2010.

Interview Details

Started with a phone interview. Very simple, behavior type interview.
After that, I had an interview on site and had to take a test involving business applications, basic math, and pattern recognition. The on site interview is behavioral. They are looking for leadership skills. Lastly, I had a "technical" interview. They want to know how comfortable you are with using daily technology in your life. It wasn't anything complex.
