Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 3 weeks)
Applied via college career website (taking both the personality test and IQ test), received an interview a week later, in-person 1-on-1 oncampus. All behavioral questions, very nice interviewer, very friendly, made it easy. Then, 3 days later, was called for an onsite interview, which included an IQ test and a group panel interview. Received an offer that same day. Note: interview reviews are for the final interview.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Cincinnati, OH (took 4+ weeks)
First you need to pass the personality/values test and IQ test. I then received a phone call to set up a phone interview, took the phone interview which was heavy in technical questions and background experiences, then was invited for the second in person IQ test (to confirm it was you who took the first one remotely?). Finally, I was invited to a face-to-face interview with multiple interviewers in the same room asking difficult questions to see if your values are aligned with the companies. Then I received the offer and worked to negotiate.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Cincinnati, OH (took 6 weeks)
The interview process for the finance internship is quite extensive. It begins by taking the online personality test followed by the reasoning test. If you pass both, P&G will then email you within 2 weeks regarding the next step in the process, the phone interviews. I had two, both were women at the associate director and director levels. They were about two weeks apart, and you must pass the first one to get to the second.
Assuming you pass both phone interviews you will be notified via email to come to P&G's headquarters in cincinnati for your final round of interviews. They pay for all travel expenses, as well as food and lodging. The night before your in-person interviews, a fellow P&G finance employee will take you out to dinner to answer any last minute questions you might have, NOTE: this is not another interview, simply a laid back Q&A and is extremely beneficial. Btw, the restaurants they take you to are some of the nicest in the city.
In the morning you will report to the main lobby where you will meet up with an HR employee who will show you around and introduce you to other employees. Before any interviews, you will be asked to take another reasoning test ( similar to the online version but more difficult), you should definitely prepare for this before hand (they will send you a link for a practice exam after your phone interviews). You MUST pass this to get a job offer. Once that is done you will be taken to your first 1:1 interview. Immediately following that you will do another 1:1 interview. Each interview (phone and in person is approx one hour in length).
When both interviews are over, you will be taken out to lunch by a finance employee. P&G tries to mach your personality with the person taking you out to lunch which is really nice.
P&G will contact you anywhere from an hour after you leave up to two weeks later to offer you the position (they called me an hour after).
Two weeks later they will ask you to complete a drug screen. IT IS A HAIR FOLLICLE DRUG TEST SO PREPARE YOURSELF AHEAD OF TIME!!!
That's pretty much it. Good luck!

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Mehoopany, PA (took 2 days)
My university was not on Procter & Gamble's recruitment list, but I had access to a company referral that allowed me the chance to interview. Without that referral, I would not have been considered. There were two phone interviews, and a 2-day visit to their R&D HQ in Cincinnati, OH. The interview questions were standard; one technically oriented (but not a test), and the other more personality/leadership oriented.
Prior to the interview on site there was a cognitive reasoning test (IQ Test), but it didn't appear that much pressure was placed on it. In general, stress level seemed high, but people liked their jobs and had high praise for the company.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 4 weeks)
Be well prepared for they ask a lot of unexpected questions. Concentrate on your work experience. following questions were asked:
Describe a situation when you had to take a leadership role. What is your leadership style?
o Tell me about a time you had to innovate, what the challenge and the outcome was from the innovation
o Tell me about a time you used data to analyze a situation – how did you use the data and what was the outcome?
o What is one of your defining experiences?
o Give me an example of a situation where you ran into a conflict and how you handled it.
o Give me an example of when you worked as part of team
o How have you motivated other people over whom you had no authority?
o What would you like me to know most that is not in your resume?
o How would you define creativity? Give an example of a time when you demonstrated creativity.
o How do you deal with stressful situations at work?
o Tell me about a time you had to go to a client / boss with something they did not want to hear – how did you convince them of your viewpoint?

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Cincinnati, OH (took a day)
Begin the day with an assessment... A VERY CHALLENGING logic reasoning, problem-solving, and pattern identification assessment! Then proceed to a panel interview, a group presentation, and a 1:1 interview. The two sets of interviews pose the same questions. They are classic behavioral interview questions (i.e., "Tell me a time when..."; "Give me an instance..."; etc.) based on the Company's core values. The presentation is on any topic of interest as long as it has business relevancy. Overall, a very thorough interview process and quite challenging.
