Procter & Gamble Assistant Brand Manager Interview

Interview Details – 1. Online self assessment first - at home - Focused on meeting company's desired profile
2. English test (level between First Certificate and Advanced) and numerical test. Both are not difficult, issue is time to complete all questions (multiple choice, very limited time)
3. HR 1hr interview
4. Panel with 3 senior managers of the department for which the applicant is interviewing. Back to back, 1 hr each

Interview Question – The 'what would you do in the case of brand X in the market Y with this specific issue'. It is the classic question that the recruiter has in mind related to his job. Negotiation Details – No negotiation. Standard offer to new hires (it is a promote from within company)

Other Details - I applied online and the process took 3 months.
