Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Cincinnati, OH Sep 2009 – Reviewed Mar 6, 2013
Interview Details – Submitted resumes online and then was invited to take a personality and a logic screener. Shortly afterwards a member of the recruiting team called me for a phone interview. He was very chatty and that seems to be the people that gravitate to that extracurricular work. I was brought in for an interview with my future 2up and 3up managers. That's where the judgement takes place. The rest of the meeting and lunch felt like they were tring to sell the company people and work experience
Interview Question – With all you experience in wet lab biology why would you want to make bottles View Answer
Negotiation Details – I was pretty much told that P&G does not negotiate so I didn't even try. As I was with the company I know know this to be true. Everything is set very strictly by level and seniority
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 7+ weeks.
