This was driven by a recruiting person who contacted me via Linkedin who was looking for hiring a Marketing Manager for a multinational company. The discussion was really friendly, the proposal really attractive and the overall approach really proffesional. I decided to reject this due to offer in another European city

In the moment I am in the recruiting process of Procter & Gamble Argentina. In July I had my first interview (step 4 of the 5 steps within the process). The only thing missing is the final interview now, that I am gonna have with 3 marketing managers.
However my interview in July was quite nice. I prepared myself a lot concerning different questions and that was very good. The questions are basicly what you can find online.
We started talking a little bit about my studies and my CV.
Then she asekd me:
- questions about group behaviour
- about decision making
- about successes and how I got there
- about where I keep myself informed

The interview was on-line maner and consisted a lot of questions about personal abilites. It included qustions about relation among coworkes, attitude to the job, inclination to managment people and so on... Another part of interview consisted in questions, that check out of menthal abilities. There were some very easy math tasks, associative symbol's raws and verbal challenges.
