Very Difficult Interview
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Procter & Gamble in January 2012.
Interview Details – Applied via college career website (taking both the personality test and IQ test), received an interview a week later, in-person 1-on-1 oncampus. All behavioral questions, very nice interviewer, very friendly, made it easy. Then, 3 days later, was called for an onsite interview, which included an IQ test and a group panel interview. Received an offer that same day. Note: interview reviews are for the final interview.
Negotiation Details – None
