I applied online and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Procter & Gamble in October 2011.

Interview Details – The interview process was fairly simple. It was a panel interview of 3 people. I was sent a template for the interview process about a week before going through it. As long as you prepare and are ready it will be very simple. They basically guide you through how to succeed in the interview and as long as you follow it, you'll do great.

Negotiation Details – There wasnt.
