I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Procter & Gamble Technical Centers in December 2008.
Interview Details – The recruiter had seen my previous internships paperwork; saw some interest. The panel interview was the hardest; ended up I met one of the guys before. They split hairs when they couldn't get the answer out of me they wanted. It was difficult to read what they're looking for. P&G has a very odd work culture; if they think you're not cut out for it at the onset you may as well say whatever you want during the interview.
