Interviewed Apr 2011 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
University emailed me about a recruiting event, went and was offered an interview. Interview was late in the season so the process was sped up more than usual. Only had one interview with two senior managers consisting of generic "Tell us about a time when.." questions. Skills/IQ test was easy with elementary math and basic morality questions.

Other Details

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 1 week)
I applied via the P&G website and was contacted several weeks later for an interview. Before the interview I had to do a skills test. I was very surprised about the format of the interview. It was myself and three women. When I entered the room, they didn't introduce themselves at all but immediately stated that they wanted situation-behavior-outcome responses to the questions they were going to ask. They asked questions according to their three rubrics and core competencies. The entire time I was talking, all three of them had their heads down and profusely writing my every word.
The questions were quite difficult. They asked very specific to very broad questions. One of them being, tell me about a time where you had to work with a set of complex data and how did you use that data to solve a problem?

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 1 week)
We first had an online IQ test, and an online personality test. Those who succeeded had to pass another live test. Those who had sufficient points were called for an interview. The interview was about experiences we had in the past, with specific examples. Answers should be prepared.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 2 weeks)
Started with online application which upon completion asks for a preliminary skills test. The test takes about 30 minutes and is timed so I suggest practicing ahead of time using P&G's practice questions (available online). Was sent a request to come in for a paper-pencil method test. Similar questions were asked as the online version - recognizing patterns and numerical reasoning. Pretty simple. After this, I was asked to participate in a telephone interview. This interview involved 2 people, a gentleman and woman, who were both fairly nice. The questions asked were definitely more difficult than any other interview I have had. The entire interview consisted of behavioral questions asking to draw upon past experiences. i.e "tell me about a time when...". Most useful means of preparation would be to create a chart with headings consisting of various skills and attributes (for example leadership, coaching, communication, planning, time management etc) which would be relevant to the job. Under each heading, think of 2 examples from your past experiences which exemplify that skill.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 2 months)
The hiring process took two online tests (analytical and personality), one on-campus analytical test, a panel interview (with 2 people), lunch with senior manager, and a final panel interview (with 3 people). I was asked all behavioural questions for both interviews, as well as follow-up questions.
My advice is to be very well prepared and know your experiences thoroughly because they will ask for every detail. It is fine to bring bullet-point notes to help you remember, as long as you don't read off the paper.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
i applied online and had to take an online assessment. After i took the online assessments, I got a phone interview that was mostly behavioural guestions that asked about your leadership and experiences. The interviewer was very friendsly and barely asked any hard questions. I think I did well but i didn't get a second interview and i thought i had the experiences as well.

4) Personal Assessment test - Held at P&G, relatively hard and needs preparation and concentration
5) 3:1 Interview at P&G - Detailed interview, behavioral and experience related questions, 1 hour 15 min in length
6) Job Offered - Excellent pay and ample of opportunity

Negotiation Details
P&G hires only 1% of all applicants for this job and they offer excellent salary, as an intern, you should not need to negotiate a salary and neither do you have the power to do it.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 4 weeks)
A long process but very worth it!
Stage 1 - Online Application & Questionnaires: Following the upload of your resume, you will be invited to complete an untimed online questionnaire on personal success drivers as well as a 30-minute figural reasoning test.
Stage 2 - First Round Interview: I had a 45-minute phone interview with two Category Brand Managers. In preparation for this interview, I looked at sample questions on this site. I also found some by searching on Google. Essentially, dig deep into your past experiences and craft a very compelling story that showcases the trend that you make things happen. My interviewers visibly showed that they were impressed with my experiences and examples, and I was invited to a final round.
Stage 3a - Final Round Interview & IQ Test: I was coming from out of town so P&G paid for my train and hotel stay to the city of the Head Office. I stayed at my hotel for 2 nights, which was nice. It was my own preference, but I did the assessments all in one go. So on the big day, I arrived at the office building at 8AM to take my 65-minute IQ test, which included verbal, numerical and figural reasoning. I actually found this test to be very easy (compared to what I recall from 2 years ago, when I last took the test)! There is nothing to worry about for this one; I aced the test with 15 minutes to spare.
Following this, I met with my "Breakfast Buddy", who is an Assistant Brand Manager (the role I was applying for). He took me to Starbucks for brunch and we chatted for nearly 2 hours! He was super friendly and I had a great conversation with him; we basically talked about life. Before I was about to go back to the office building, he told me to meet him afterward to take me on a mini office tour (which he did).
Next, I sat down with an Associate Director of Marketing and a Category Brand Manager for my final round interview. I didn't expect it to be this long, but we ended up talking for 2 hours. It was not intimidating. Basically, just use the same stories you had for the First Round, only be prepared to go into greater detail when they probe you with questions of different angles to understand your thought process and decision making. Despite what it sounds like, it was very conversational and my interviewers showed interest in what I had to say. Be honest, confident and enthusiastic. Let your stories shine through.
Stage 4: Offer: I received my offer a week later.
