Professional Service Industries Laboratory Manager Interview

This last interview was an interview for rehire. It was very informal and matter of fact as I was going back into familiar territory. The interview concluded with a question as to when I could start which was the Monday of the week following the interview. I was offered an hourly wage and gave a range that I felt was more appropriate than what was offered but I came back on board with the hourly rate offered at the interview.
