Interview Details –
The reason I got an interview is by taking my current adviser's class and my performance is very good.
In the middle of the semester, he told me that he has some funding to support me as an research assistant . If I intend to got that position, I need to do independent study with him. This means that I have to do some research wit him for 6 months and shows him my potentials for this position. Of course, this is an unpaid
work. After 6 months working hard, I win the position for my hard working.

Interview Details – Interview was exactly as I thought it would be. Interviewer presented a very promising, polished overview of the company and the hiring process. However, once the interview was completed he never followed through on any commitments made during the 1 hour meeting, or in additional calls made to his office.
