Very Difficult Interview
Overall Negative Experience Interviewed and No Offer

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Cleveland, OH (took 2 weeks)

I actually passed the first interview process and was invited for 2nd round interviews. I pretty much assumed that I had a good chance of getting the job once I was invited for 2nd rounds. Unfortunately when I traveled to Cleveland I found out that 16 other students were competing for the same job! Obviously Progressive didnt have many openings at all which was deceiving. Also I had to interview with 3 separate managers, one who was unprepared for 45- 60 minutes each. Many of the managers didnt even know how to ask questions properly. I really disliked the whole process and was glad in the end that I didnt get the internship. Progressive is known to have managers who arent the best leaders.

Other Details

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Skills Test.
