Progressive Insurance Claims Generalist Interview

Interview Details – I applied online. A week later, I received an email letting me know they were interested in me. I had to fill out a personality and skills test online. After I passed that, I had a phone interview with a recruiter. After passing the phone interview, I was scheduled to have an interview with the state manager. After the Interview I was told I'd know within a week. About a week later, I got a call from the recruiter from the phone interview, offering the job. It was a long process, I can tell that they really think about each and every person they add to their team.
