Interview Details – The interview process was quite intense. Progressive hires the best in the industry, so, you have to be on your game at all times The interviews were long and usually consisted of 2-3 people questioning you at the same time. They drilled you on your resume and how you would handle certain situations. They also love to ask questions that define your character. These questions really dig in and the way you answer is how you are reviewed to see if you would be a good fit.
Interview Question – When was there a time you failed at an assignment and how did it make you feel? Also, how did you turn that situation into a positive experience. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was really no room for it. As an intern I was paid a certain amount and it was non-negotiable. The pay however was quite a bit in regards to a recent graduated status.
