Interview Details – This is a difficult interview process because of how much you have to go through. It consists of a test that you must pass, a phone interview, and two face to face interviews. They want all there questions to be answered in STAR format ( situation, task, action, result) and they will ask you about 20 of them. They also have you shadow with someone on the floor so you can get a sense of what the job entails. Be sure to come with examples of situations you've been in in the past as this makes it a lot easier when they start asking you questions. Also do your research on the company beforehand as one of the first questions they ask you is "what can you tell me about progressive"
