You interview with an HR representative and then with a department manager and supervisor at the same time. They took me upstairs to sit with a rep to see if I would like the job. I liked the people right off.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

HR staff was incredible in followup until the team decided to repost the job for a different set of skills.
Management team was inexperienced in conducting interviews, especially the panel interview. The skills test was unprofessional and poorly constructed.
Bottom line is they did not know what they really wanted and wasted the interviewee's time.
