It was a two-phased interview that lasted about 45 minutes. We were asked to prepare a presentation beforehand about any particular brand of our choosing and our take on how it should grow/ what challenges it faced. The first part of the interview consisted of presenting this to the interviewer with them asking follow up questions. The second part involved general questions about known brands and how they should react depending on different conditions outside of their control followed by a behavioral portion. Interviewers were very helpful and keen on differentiating themselves from other consulting firms.
