I applied online and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Prosperity Bank.
Interview Details – Was asked to bring in copy of resume after submitting it online. I came in for an interview within days of submitting my application.
Interview Question – I was asked what to do if I had a problem with a co-worker. View Answer
Negotiation Details – What would you like your compensation to be like? I wasn't sure how to answer realistically without "low-balling" myself. I hesitated and she asked me what I was paid at my last job. She called later offering me .25 cents more per hour and I accepted the position and compensation.
Very Easy Interview
I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Prosperity Bank in June 2013.
Interview Details – It took one day to receive an e-mail from the recruiter (it was about a discrepancy on a credit check.) After we solved that problem, she called me the next day to schedule the interview. After the interview, it took the next day to hear back and she asked if I wanted the job offer. What I like the most about the process is that I alway spoke to that one recruiter and she was in a conference call with me and the hiring manager (who was with me in an office) both asking questions. It was a laid back interview and nothing was sugar coated.

I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Prosperity Bank in June 2009.
Interview Details – I interviewed at this job in hopes of finally reentering the work force after being a stay-at-home mom for a year. The interviewer (a woman, no less!) told me that it must have been nice to have a "break" from work. Excuse me, but in what world is caring for twin infants all day a break!? I just thought it was unprofessional for her to make any further comment. I explained my gap in employment so it should have been left at that.
Also, it was ALL about her asking questions. Not really explaining the nature of the job or the company culture. All she cared about was whether I'd be able to balance work and family. We spent maybe 2 minutes max talking about the specific job functions of the tellers.
Interview Question – Why is there this gap in your employment? Answer Question
I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Prosperity Bank in September 2010.
Interview Details – I was interviewed by two people at the same time. They asked very basic questions, like "Are you willing to relocate?" "What can you offer this company?" "Why do you want to work here?"
There was no skills test or drug test, and they didn't want any of my references. They said they had already done a background check.
