Meet with recruiter at Career Fair. Was preselected for interview. Also a pre interview gathering at restaurant with other candidates.
Interview was the next day on campus. Two 1 on 1 30 min interviews. It was a standard behavioral question interview, some where difficult some not so much. If you prepare they are much easier.
Thought it went well but after a week got an email that I wasn't what they were looking for.

I had a very postitive experience interviewing with Protiviti. It was an on-campus interview for the Process Consultant Position. The day before the interview, there was a pre-interview social at an upscale restuarant. This event lasted 2-3 hours and consisted of the recruiters from Protiviti and current consultants who would be performing the interviews the next day. It was very professional and you get the chance to speak with the person who would interview you. It gives you a good chance to professionally show your personality and ask questions about the company. The interview consisted of two 1:1 interviews that lasted 30 minutes each. The questions were all background and behavioral.

The interview process is simply behavioral interviews where they are really just looking to gain an understanding of your personality and how you would fit in with their company. The interviewers are very easy to talk to and ask the most basic behavioral questions, both of my interviewers asked a couple of them and then moved on to questions about myself.

I applied online and got a response within 72 hours. A phone interview was scheduled for the next week. Was a simple phone interview consisting of basic fit and behavioral questions. Lasted about 15 minutes.
