Anticoagulation Clinic Registered Nurse Interview

Anticoagulation Clinic Registered Nurse
Everett, WA

I applied online and the process took 2+ months - interviewed at Providence Physician Services in April 2013.

Interview Details – Pre-screen conducted by HR personnel over the phone. In-person interview conducted in panel format -- interviewers (3) sat on one side of the table, alternating asking questions and taking notes.

I can appreciate the necessity of consistency in the process for each candidate; however, the entire process was very impersonal and somewhat cold.

Interview Question – The questions were very generic, and some were not related to the position at all. The interviewers seemed unprepared to interview for the specific position.   Answer Question
