Interviewed Jan 2012 in Los Angeles, CA (took a day)
There was a very brief (10 min?) phone "interview." It was more like a review of your resume and setting up your interview appointment. I had my interview a week later at the office, and it was the least formal interview in a formal setting. The office that I interviewed at had only 3 people in there in their own cubicles when I walked in; I didn't expect that. I had the 1-on-1 interview in a small office. He just went down a list of questions (about 10) and there was little small talk outside of that.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 2+ weeks)
Quick call to find out the basics. They then call you in for a 1:1. If you pass that, you get another 1:1 with the same person. Questions were typical. Very basic interview. Almost all behavioral.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Schaumburg, IL (took 2 weeks)
Set up a phone interview first, simple background questions and learn about the company. Then moved to a 1 on 1 interview at a local branch. Very basic and simple questions were asked about strengths and weaknesses and how I handle stress. Expected to hear back within the next week but never did.

Interviewed May 2011 in Irvine, CA (took a day)
After speaking on the phone about my job experience, I had an 1:1 interview with the Branch Lead. He was nice offering me a glass of water and talking me through the process. He asked general questions about my achievements, weaknesses, and strengths. The interview wasn't overly difficult. I was told that I would be contacted within a week if I got the second interview. I never received a call or e-mail so I guess they went a different way. Overall it was ok.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took 2 weeks)
I applied through my university's career website and I got a call more than a month later to set up a phone interview which basically consisted of explaining my resume. Then we set up an in-person interview, which was only the normal behavioral-based question and answer type of deal, after which I had a chance to ask questions about the position and company. A week later I went in for the second round, which was more conversational and shifted the weight of the question asking to me; they said the second session is just to see if you're the same person. Just be prepared to answer the basic questions, no need to study up on logic games or anything like that. The office was small but atmosphere is relaxed- they had their iPod playing music and everyone is in their own cubicle.
