4 people interviewed me for about 3 hours. They are nice. Most of questions were based on the resume. Some were about personal life. The result was communicated by the staffing personnel. It turned out I did not get the offer.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 3 weeks)
The interview process although very thorough did not feel like an inqusition. It was a combination of techniques from a discsussion of personal experience to behavioral and situational. It was a series phone interviews and then a round of 1:1 interviews with several different people at various levels of the organization from Directors to VPs.
