Interviewed May 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
The first round interview was extremely easy - just fit questions and resume questions. Before second round, I was given a case study to do on how to value a apartment complex. This was fairly simple as well. One tedious aspect was the 80 odd question critical thinking assessment that they made me do, which took forever.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Newark, NJ (took a day)
The first thing they gave us before the interviews was a math test (multiple choice). This was followed by three behavioral interviews by various people at different levels. Lunch was with analysts who had 2 to 3 years at the firm, so they answered any questions that we had about the firm.
