I applied through other source and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Prudential.
Interview Details – Prudential is big on Diversity and Inclusion. Being a diverse candidate helps greatly, although applicants must self identify. Education is important, but experience is even more important. Prefer to promote within, but not exclusively if the better candidate is exteranal. Process is often longer than for a small company.
